Room5 Learning Centers Policy Statement

 

No children will be left unsupervised.

You are responsible for any damage that you or your child causes.

We are not a Day Care.

We are not responsible for articles left behind.

 

 

Policy on payment for services

 

  1. Payment will be made at time of reservation.
  2. We accept cash or checks; we do not accept credit cards.
  3. No refunds – once the reservation is made there will be no refunds.
  4. We do not accept reservations more than 2 months in advance.
  5. If walk-in, payment will be made prior to use of the Room or Computer.
  6. In some instances billing can be obtained with the following conditions.
    1. Must be for multiple rooms or multiple days.
    2. There will be a $25.00 invoice charge.
    3. Invoice will be paid within 15 days.
    4. There will be a late fee of $15.00 and 1.5% per month charge if paid after the 15th day from the due date.

 

 

No layover policy

In consideration of others that might be waiting for your room or computer you must leave promptly at the end of your reserved time.
